British Royal Mint
Has anyone from the U.S. purchased from the Royal Mint? I would like to purchase a proof Britannia and can't find one in the U.S.
Thanks |
Re: British Royal Mint
Most of my European and UK coins have been purchased in Canada or off the uk [dot] eBid [dot] net website. I have proof coins and old schillings and various "type" coins though I am not a collector. I have never purchased directly from the Royal Mint though.
My local dealer usually have a few George slaying the dragon sovereigns, but at typically higher premiums than the Canadian or eBid dealers. Hope this helps. |

Re: British Royal Mint
Brits command a serious premium. The only one I know who's coins are marked up even more are the Isle of Man coins.
